Full description

The GRAMMONT 55 extreme cold jersey will see you through all your longer winter rides

It’s tailored in a comfortable, fully breathable winter-weight merino wool blend that combines the best of merino wool (moisture management, softness and comfort) with an enhanced interior insulation barrier of fleece brushed tricot.

It can be worn as a winter jersey under a wind - or waterproof jacket for harsher weather, and in winter sunshine, with its functional rear pockets to hold refreshments or the necessary to stay in touch, it’s a practical and flexible alternative to a jacket.

Like the BRIANÇON 53, the unique simplicity of the design, with shoulder line set forward and the two side panels that form underarm gussets, gives it a distinctive look, the mark of sportsmanship and elegance.

The stretch grosgrain ribbon trim provides subtle colour contrast and highlights the reinforced sleeve edges, rear pocket line and low front line of the jersey.

With its winter-weight thickness and structure, the double jersey in the GRAMMONT 55 provides the necessary qualities for an extreme cold jersey: warmth and ventilation. Worn with a thin base layer, you’ll be perfectly dressed to brave the elements.

Ideal temperatures: 0 > 15°C. Between 0° and 5°C, we advise to couple it with a suitable underlay in merino, baselayer type, and a light jacket / vest if the wind blows.

Why merino wool?

Merino is light, natural and soft against the skin. It will partner you on your bike rides whatever the weather or situation. Its insulation and breathability, together with its original antibacterial qualities, considerably reduce unpleasant sweat-related body odour, making it a pleasure for riding and a pleasure to wear.

  • Arm length: measured distance arm falling between the shoulder bone and the wrist bone.
